Signing in to MedPros

A walkthrough of signing into your MedPros account: the email and password flow, OTP prompts, device approval, and the most common fixes when you cannot sign in.

Important

Always sign in at https://medpros.pk — never from a link sent in a WhatsApp forward or a random search result. MedPros will never ask for your password or a one‑time passcode on the phone, over email, or in a chat.

What you need to sign in

You only need three things to get back into your account:

  • The email address you used to register. If you registered with a phone number, the email we ask for is the one we sent your activation link to.
  • Your password. If you use a password manager, let it autofill — it removes most typos.
  • Access to the same email or phone number during occasional verification prompts.

If you registered through a campus cohort or your institute, your email is the one the coordinator had on file. Ask them if you are not sure.

Sign in, step by step

  1. Open medpros.pk on your phone or laptop and click "Sign in" in the top right. The auth modal works on desktop; on mobile the same form opens full‑screen.
  2. Type your email, then your password. Tap the eye icon if you want to reveal the password and check for typos before submitting.
  3. Press "Sign in". If all is well you will land on your dashboard and see your enrolled courses.
  4. If we ask for a one‑time passcode, open your email (or SMS) and enter the 6‑digit code on the next screen. The code expires in a few minutes, so request a new one if it takes too long.
  5. If we show a "device pending" screen, your account is safe — we just need to approve this new device. See the "Device approval" section below.

Stay signed in, safely

A few habits keep your account out of trouble:

  • Use a password you do not reuse on any other site. If you do reuse one, consider changing it after reading this page.
  • Sign in from personal devices only. On a shared or borrowed computer, always use "Sign out" when you finish — closing the tab is not the same as signing out.
  • Never share a one‑time code or a login link with anyone, even a classmate. Codes are single‑use and bound to your account.
  • Enable biometric unlock on your phone so nobody can open your email app and intercept an OTP.

Device approval

MedPros limits how many devices can access a paid course at the same time. This keeps your enrolment safe from credential sharing and stops account lockouts caused by a stolen phone.

  • The first time you sign in on a new phone, tablet, or browser, you may see a "Pending approval" screen with a short request to confirm your identity.
  • Approved devices stay signed in for roughly 30 days of activity. If you clear cookies or uninstall the browser, expect to approve again.
  • If you are switching phones, sign out on the old device before handing it on. That frees a slot and avoids the "too many devices" message.
  • If you are blocked by the device limit, message support with the device name and the last four digits of your registered mobile number and we will reset your slots within one working day.

Trouble signing in

Work through these in order — most problems resolve at step 1 or 2.

  • Double‑check your email. A leading space, a Hindi/Urdu autocorrect, or the wrong domain ("gmial.com") is the single most common cause.
  • Try the password reset. Use "Forgot password" on the login screen or open /v2/forgot-password directly. The email arrives within 2–5 minutes on most providers.
  • Check spam, promotions and "Updates" tabs. Gmail and Outlook sometimes file security emails outside the inbox.
  • If the login button does nothing, disable aggressive ad blockers or script blockers for medpros.pk and try again.
  • If a shared device is "remembering" wrong autofill, open a private window and sign in there to rule out autofill.
  • If the dashboard loads but a recent purchase is missing, wait 5 minutes and refresh once — order activation is usually instant but can take a few minutes during heavy cohort launches.

Still stuck? Contact support from the same email you believe is on your account so we can match it quickly.

Frequently asked questions

Q: I remember my password but the site says it is wrong. What do I do? A: Eight times out of ten this is a typo or a wrong keyboard layout. Tap the eye icon to reveal the password, or use a fresh private window and let your password manager autofill it. If it still fails, reset the password instead of trying more combinations — you will get locked out faster that way.

Q: How many devices can I sign in on at once? A: Paid courses are locked to a small number of active devices (shown on your dashboard). This is to stop credential sharing. Sign out of old devices you no longer use and the slot frees up.

Q: I registered with Google earlier. Do I still have a password? A: If your first sign‑in was via Google/Facebook, there may be no password on your account. Use "Forgot password" once to set one, then you can sign in either way.

Q: Why am I asked for an OTP every time? A: That usually means cookies are being cleared (by privacy mode, a "cleaner" app, or aggressive anti‑tracking). Turn off the cleaner for medpros.pk or sign in once in a normal browser window and let cookies stay.

Q: My account is locked after too many tries. How long is the lock? A: Rate limits clear on their own within 15 minutes. Do not try again every minute — that just resets the timer. Make a cup of tea, reset your password, and sign in cleanly.

Q: Can MedPros staff look at my password? A: No. We never see your password — it is stored in an irreversible, hashed form. That is also why we can never "tell you what it is" on a support chat — only help you reset it.
