Important
You can remove your account and associated personal data yourself from the MedPros mobile app or website. We also honour written requests if you cannot sign in. This page is the official URL you can give to app stores (Google Play / Apple) for “data deletion” or privacy questionnaires.
Delete your account in the app (fastest)
If you are signed in on the MedPros mobile app:
- Open Settings → Account actions → Delete account.
- Confirm the prompts. Your access ends immediately and we begin erasing identifying data.
If you use the website, open your profile / account settings and use the same “Delete account” flow where available.
What we remove
After a successful deletion request we remove or anonymise:
- Your profile (name, email, phone, photo, preferences).
- Learning activity tied to you (progress, bookmarks, notes, quiz attempts where the law allows removal).
- Marketing identifiers and device approvals you had on file.
We may retain a minimal set of records where Pakistani tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute law requires it (for example an invoice line without unnecessary personal detail). We never use deleted-account data for marketing.
If you cannot access your account
Email support@medpros.pk with the subject line “Data deletion request” and include:
- The email address or phone number you used to register.
- Any order or invoice number you remember (helps us match the right account).
We respond within 30 days and may ask a short security question to confirm identity before we delete.
